Trident is a group of experienced commercial real estate professionals who have come together to provide project management services to Owners, General Managers, CEO/COOs who are undertaking real estate development projects for their business or institution.
I worked with the owner as he was first starting the business to help him develop a strong visual identity that could live up to Trident's strong record of results, and highest level of professionalism.
The name Trident was derived from the company's three primary areas of focus: Project Management, Development, and Contracting. Based on this idea I combined this trident idea with the simplified visual look of a city skyline to create a minimal, yet bold logo.
