Initially, the objective for the NFC-enabled business card was a standard product page launch. However, a comprehensive analysis of the product's unique offerings (an NFC-enabled business card integrated with a customizable link-in-bio landing page) and initial customer insights revealed the necessity for a more robust solution.
Based on user feedback, we discovered that there was not much understanding of the business card product. Users had issues with many aspects of the product including:
How does the NFC chip work?
What content can I put on the card?
What does the micro site look like, and can I customize it?
Armed with this feedback from customers we realized that using our typical product page template would not be sufficient, so we opted to create a custom landing page designed to efficiently provide customers with the information required for a confident purchasing decision. This was achieved through an iterative process of refinement, leveraging user feedback to optimize content and layout.

This user's guide was created to be sent along with the purchase of a VistaConnect business card.
