For many Vistaprint products requiring assembly or specific care, we previously relied on third-party partners or downloadable online files for customer guidance. This approach, however, created a significant gap in the overall customer experience.
I led the initiative to bridge this gap by developing a comprehensive design template and process for printed instruction guides—along side an initiative to create high-quality instruction videos. This system allows any designer to create Vistaprint-branded guides that can be produced in-house or by our third-party vendors, ensuring they are conveniently packaged directly with the product.
I was able to utilize confluence to create a simple process and design document that is easy to access by anyone in Vistaprint.
